  • ¾ cup cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup chopped and pitted Medjool Dates packed firm
  • 1-1½ cup tablespoons NewGreens® Original
  • cup chopped candied ginger
  • cup goji berries
  • cup vegan dark chocolate chips or chopped chocolate chunks
  • ¼ tbsp ground cinnamon, optional optional
  • tbsp ground cardamom optional
  • cup dried shredded coconut


    Newgreens Energy Balls Ingredients
  • Place the pecans in a food processor and process until finely ground (but not pasty).
  • Add the dates and NewGreens® and process well.
  • Transfer to a bowl and add the ginger, goji berries, chocolate chips, and cinnamon and cardamom, if using, and Mix well.
  • Form into 10-12 small balls and coat with dried coconut before serving.


Makes 10-12 balls
Lasts for up to 1 week in a glass container in the fridge.
